Overview:
Through this menu it is possible to manage and track, among other operations, the incidents with which the logged user is involved.
It is important to point out that the incidents displayed in the list of records will be those in which the logged user:
▪Is the manager of the process or instance, or is part of the process security list, with the edit, delete, cancel, postpone, or reactivate instance control enabled. ▪Has the 'List' control enabled in the security list of the incident type. |

Click on this button to edit the data of the incident selected in the list of records. See further details in the Editing incident data section.

Click on this button to delete the incident selected from the list of records. It is important to point out that, to perform this operation, it is necessary to have the Delete control enabled in the incident security list. Remember that the incident record will be deleted from SE Incident, however its template will remain in SE Process.

Click on this button to view the data of the incident selected in the list of records in "Read-only" mode.

Click on this button to access the process flowchart that automates the incident selected from the list of records. See more details on this operation in the Operations with incident flowchart section.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of this button to select desired view to build the cube: incident, activities, or history.
|
|
Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the incident data reports and the other possible options of available reports for the menu.

Click on this button to edit the status of the incident selected from the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to unlock an incident that has been blocked for editing its flowchart. Before clicking on this button, make sure the workflow has no modeling errors. After unblocking the incident, it returns to the execution of its activities.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the details of the incident selected from the list of records are displayed in one of the quadrants.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

▪Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. Refer to the "View Incident" menu for a detailed description of the filters. ▪Incident management may also be performed through the "Tracking Management" task. ▪Through this menu it is possible to view the execution of system activities. See the Tracking the execution of system activities section for further details. |
