Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to make adjustments in the projects, which have not yet been closed, in the system. By default, the list of records will display the projects which the logged user is responsible for or the team that the logged user belongs to is responsible for. If in the SE Administration component (File Organization structure User Control tab), is set up the configuration for the logged-in user to exert total or specific control in the records of a department, position or user, the projects related to the department, position or user in question will also be displayed in the list of records.

Click on this button to edit the data of the project selected in the list of records. The information displayed in the data screen may vary according to the status of the selected project (Planning or Tracking).

Click on this button to view the data screen of the project selected from the list of records. The information displayed in the data screen may vary according to the status of the selected project (Planning or Tracking).

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to access the SE GanttChart or the project schedule selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the desired project reports and project tasks. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searching for parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to export the GanttChart of the project selected in the list of records. See further details in the Exporting projects section.

Click on the desired option:
▪Approval: The system updates the route responsible for the approval of the project selected in the list of records to the current configurations of the responsibility route record. This option must be used when the project approval is in progress and changes to the responsibility route are required. ▪Evaluation: The system uses the project evaluation control matrix selected from the list of records to the current control matrix record configurations. This option should we used when the project evaluation is in progress and changes to the responsibility route are required. ▪Finances: The system recalculates the total project finances. |

Click on the desired option:
▪Planning: Allows submitting projects that are in the planning approval step, once again to the planning step. ▪Revision tracking: Allows submitting projects that are in the revision approval step, once again to the revision tracking step. ▪Project tracking: Allows sending projects that are in the closure approval step once again to the project tracking step. ▪Reopen project: Allows reopening closed projects, sending them to the execution step again. By clicking on this button, on the screen that will be opened, it will be mandatory to enter an explanation to reopen the project. Check the "Add new revision?" option to add a new revision to the project being reopened (this action can also be performed manually later). Once done, reopen the project by clicking on the "Confirm" button. Note 1: Subprojects can only be reopened if the master project is opened.
Note 2: A new cycle will be created if there is a closure route configured for the project.

Click on this button to unblock a project being edited through SE GanttChart or that is blocked for other reasons. Note that, after clicking on this button, the project will be available for editing. If SE GanttChart is opened by one user, and another user makes a change to it, the information of one of the two users may be lost.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. After selecting this option, the third quadrant displays the schedule and the details of the project selected in the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
