Decision tree response

Who receives it:
|
Responsible user and team members responsible for the risk analysis.
|
When:
|
The risk is included in the structure of a plan that has an associated decision tree and it did not have its questions answered during the risk analysis.
|
Purpose:
|
To identify the Critical control point (CCP) of the risk being analyzed.
|
How to execute this task:
1.
|
In the list of pending records, select the desired risk.
The decision tree can be answered by means of two buttons. See more details next.

2.
|
Click on the  button to access the screen of the risk analysis selected in the list of records. In that case, the decision tree is answered through the Decision tree section, on this tab.

3.
|
Click on the  button for the system to display the first decision tree question. See how to perform this operation in the Answering the decision tree section.
|
4.
|
After answering all the decision tree questions, save or close the file. At this point, the risk will no longer appear in the list of pending records.
