Overview:
Use this menu to create all the storage places and repositories of the storeroom that are used for storage, thus facilitating the access to the desired objects. For better organization, the storeroom storage places are displayed in a structure on the main screen.

To enable the buttons of this menu, first the user must define the storeroom to which the storage location/repository will belong.

In the Search filter Type panel, click on the Select type button.

In the panel that will be displayed, locate and select, in the types hierarchy, the desired storeroom. Then, click on the Apply button located at the lower part of the panel.

Done this, the buttons will be enabled.

Click on this button to add a new storage place. See more details about this operation in the Creating locations section.

Click on this button to edit a location. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
|

Click on this button to delete a location. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the physical record label reports and the desired storeroom objects. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
