Rejecting the receiving of objects

See how to reject object receiving that were transferred to the storeroom by mistake:

1.In the list of records on the main screen, locate and select the transferred object that will not be received in the storeroom.

2.After that, on the main screen toolbar, click one of the following options:

Reject selected record: Allows rejecting the receiving of the selected object, specifically.

Reject entire event: Allows rejecting the whole transfer, that is, the system will reject the receiving of other objects that were transferred along with the selected object.

3.On the screen that will be displayed, enter, on the upper part of the screen, the actual date in which the delivery of the object to the storeroom is being rejected.

4.In the General tab, enter an explanation for rejecting the receiving of the objects.

5.The Object tab displays the objects whose receiving is being approved. If the entire event is being rejected, select the transfer objects that will have their receiving in the storeroom rejected.

6.After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record. At this point, the system will generate the Rejected receiving acknowledgment task for those responsible for the source storeroom.
