Rejected receiving acknowledgment
|
Who receives it:
|
Users members of the responsible team for the source storeroom of transferred objects.
|
When:
|
The receiving of the transferred objects in the storeroom is rejected.
|
Purpose:
|
Alert users that the object receiving was not approved, for it, if necessary, to be sent to approval again.
|
How to execute this task:
1.

In the list of pending records, select the object whose receiving was rejected.
|
2.

On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to confirm the rejected receiving acknowledgment of the object selected in the list of records. For that, on the screen that will be displayed, simply click on "Ok".

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the corresponding option to view the data of the transfer or the rejection of the receiving of the object selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

|
Click on this button for the receiving of the object selected in the list of records to go through approval again. For that, on the screen that will be displayed, simply click on "Ok".

If the receiving rejection is confirmed, the object will no longer be displayed in the list of records.
|
4.
|
If the object receiving is sent to the next step, the system will generate the Receiving confirmation task again for the parties responsible for the source storeroom to perform this step once more.
