Receiving confirmation

Who receives it:
|
Users members of the team responsible for the storeroom destination of a transfer of objects.
|
When:
|
▪The transfer issuance is finished. ▪Or, after the output event approval of the transferred objects (if the source storeroom has an event configuration associated with it, which, in turn, has a parameterized output event approval). |
Purpose:
|
To approve or reject the receiving of the transferred objects in the storeroom.
|
How to execute this task:
1.
|
Select the desired object from the list of pending records.
|
2.
|
On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:
|
Click on this button to confirm the receiving of the storeroom objects. See more details about this operation in the Confirming the receiving of objects.

Click on this button to view the transfer data selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

|
Click on this button to reject selected record or to reject entire event of the objects that will be transferred to the storeroom. See more details about this operation in the Rejecting the receiving of objects.

|
If the receiving of the objects is confirmed, after saving the record, the objects will be added to the stock in the appropriate storage locations/repositories.
|
4.
|
If the receiving of the object is rejected, after saving the record, the system will generate the Rejected receiving acknowledgment task, for the responsible parties through the source storeroom.
