Storeroom repositories capacity

Task:	Storeroom repositories capacity
Who receives it:	Users who are members of the team responsible for a storeroom that has the Control capacity per occupied area option checked on the storeroom data screen or on the data screen of a storage place belonging to the storeroom.
When:	The area percentage configured for the storage place or for the storeroom is reached.
Purpose:	To determine a destination for exceeding repositories.

How to execute this task:

1.In the list of pending records, select the storeroom whose repository capacity was exceeded.

2.On the toolbar, click on the arrow next to the button and select the operation that you wish to perform:

▪Transport: The system will display a data screen to plan the transport of the exceeding repositories. See the Planning a transport section for a detailed description on how to fill in the fields on this screen.

▪Repository event: The system will display a data screen to move the exceeding repositories to another saved storeroom in the system. See the Executing a repository event section for a detailed description on how to fill out the fields on this screen.

▪Processing: The system will display a data screen to send the exceeding repositories for processing. See the Executing the processing section for a detailed description on how to fill in the fields on this screen.

3.After filling in all the required fields, save the record and send it to the next step. The storeroom the exceeding repositories belonged to will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
