Await scheduling confirmation by mandatory participants
|
When scheduling a meeting, the "Await scheduling confirmation by mandatory participants" option will be displayed as enabled by the system. Thus, the Confirmation task will be generated to the meeting participants and the meeting can only be held after all mandatory participants execute it.

The "Await scheduling confirmation by mandatory participants" option will not be enabled by the system when scheduling a meeting. If necessary, the user scheduling the meeting may enable it during this operation.

Wait until all participants have signed meeting minutes
|
When scheduling/creating a meeting, the "Wait until all participants have signed meeting minutes" will be displayed as enabled by the system. Thus, the Signature task will be generated and the meeting can only be finished after all participants execute it.

The "Wait until all participants have signed meeting minutes" option will not be enabled by the system when a meeting is being scheduled/created. If necessary, the user scheduling/creating the meeting may enable it during this operation.

Send meeting minutes signature task only to the participants who have attended the meeting
|
This option will only be available if the "Wait until all participants have signed meeting minutes" option has also been checked. When scheduling/creating a meeting, the "Send meeting minutes signature task only to the participants who have attended the meeting" will be displayed as enabled by the system. Thus, the Signature task will only be generated for the participants who have effectively attended the meeting.

The "Send meeting minutes signature task only to the participants who have attended the meeting" option will not be enabled by the system when a meeting is being scheduled/created. If necessary, the user scheduling/creating the meeting may enable it during this operation.

Require entering the subject decision
|
During the creation of the minutes, it will be necessary to enter the decision of the participants regarding the subject of the meeting.

It will not be necessary to enter the decision of the participants regarding the meeting subject during the creation of the minutes.
|
Publish meeting minutes in SE Document
|
After finishing the meeting, the report with the meeting minutes will be published in SE Document. To do that, it will be necessary to enter a category from SE Document to publish the minutes.
Note: This feature is only available if SE Document is part of the solutions acquired by your organization.

The minutes of the meetings of this type will not be published in SE Document.

Use mask for the ID #
|
Check this option so that when creating the meetings of this type, the automatic identification resource is used. To do that, fill out the Identification mask field as desired. The mask configuration can be performed through the Configuration Identification mask menu.
Check the Enable ID # change option to allow the generated ID # to be edited when creating meetings of this type. If this option is not checked, the generated ID # may not be edited.

The automatic ID # generation feature will not be available when creating the meeting.
