Form report

The form report allows the form to be printed in PDF or HTML. Through the record screens, it is possible to access the Form report, that is, through the inclusion or editing of records through the Record by form and Record by table execution menus or by the "Record" item in the third quadrant of the Form and Table menus.

 

If the form is associated in an automated process for SE Workflow, SE Incident, or SE Problem, the "Form report" option will also be displayed during the activity execution.

 

On the recording screen, it is possible to fill in the form fields. To display the form in PDF or HTML, allowing your impression to manually fill in the information, click on the Form report button and select the desired form.
