Task:

My incidents

Who receives it:

User who created the record of the incident.

When:

Once the incident is recorded.

Purpose:

Allow user to track started and in progress incidents.

 

How to track this task:

 

1.

Select the desired incident from the list of pending records.

On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Change/Edit

Click on this button to edit the data of the incident selected in the list of records.

Delete

Click on this button to delete the incident selected from the list of records. It is important to point out that an incident can always be deleted by the starter, provided that it is in the first activity of the flow. Otherwise, it will be necessary for the starter to have the Delete control allowed in the incident security list.

Click on this button to view the flowchart of the incident selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the possible report options available for the menu.

Change status

Click on this button to edit the status of the incident selected from the list of records. When an incident is closed, postponed, or canceled, it will no longer appear in the list of pending records.

On the "Enabled activity" column, when hovering the mouse over the activity name, it will be displayed as a link. By clicking on the name of the activity, a pop-over menu will be displayed with some of the information regarding the activity, such as the deadline, the date in which it was enabled, the executor type and the executor. It will also display links to the following operations:

Execute activity: Use this option to execute the activity that has the flow of the incident selected in the list of records.
