SE GanttChart is divided according to the image shown below. The alphabetical letters identify each available item:
A
On the upper part of the screen, the ID #, name and start and end dates of the project are displayed.
B
The basic operation buttons displayed allow you to: save the changes made, update the status (progress/in progress), undo/redo the last changes made to the project, and allow the visualization of the legend of the icons presented in SE GanttChart.
The "Undo" and "Redo" options will only be available if the respective configuration is set on the general parameters screen of the Gantt chart.
Note that during the editing of the structure, another user may have unlocked the structure and performed edits. When attempting to save the structure, the system will issue a message stating the fact and whether to save even at the risk of losing data.
C
The Toolbar displays the buttons that allow manipulating the project tasks and resources, editing the viewing, configuring the timeline and formatting the SE GanttChart vision. The toolbar is divided in the following tabs:
Some palette options may be unavailable depending on the menu through which SE GanttChart is accessed. For example: when accessing the SE GanttChart through a view menu, it will not be possible to add tasks.
D
This area displays the project schedule information, according to the display mode selected in the Vision palette on the toolbar.
