Overview:

Resources can be employees (users) or assets (SE Asset), services, supplies, materials, etc. From this menu, create all the resources that can be allocated to the activities of other SE Suite components.

 

Specific Buttons:

new_individual_train

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the corresponding option to add a resource of the labor, asset or generic type. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a resource section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the resource selected in the list of records. See more details about this operation in the Editing a resource section.

delete

Click on this button to delete the resource selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the resource of the "Labor" type selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

schedule

Click on this button to access the calendar of the resource selected in the list of records. See more details in the Resource calendar section.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the scheduling of the desired services through specific information. To do that, go to the Search filters panel and click on the addfilter button to add the filter:

General:

ID #: Enter the ID # of the resource you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the resource you wish to search.

Classification: Expand the list and select the corresponding options to indicate that the resource you wish to search is a labor resource or an asset (SE Asset). Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Generic: Expand the list and select the corresponding options to indicate whether the resource you wish to search is a generic resource or not.

Third-party: Expand the list and select the corresponding options to indicate the resource you wish to search is or is not a third-party resource.

Calendar: Select the calendar applied to the resource you wish to search.

Status: Expand the list and select the options that correspond to the status of the resource record (active or inactive).

User: Use this field to locate the user used as a resource that you wish to view. To do this, select the desired user or enter their ID, login and/or name. It is also possible to select their department and/or position, or a competence mapped for them.

Asset: Use the fields in this filter to find the asset used as a resource that you wish to view. To do that, select the desired asset or enter its ID # and/or name.

Resource attributes: Click on the "Add attribute" button and select the attribute associated with the resource that you wish to view, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute to this filter, use the "Add attribute" option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the "Apply" button.

After entering the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the 'Search filters' panel or press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
