Overview:

Through this menu, the users responsible for the physical assets of the organization will be able to plan inventory activities so that the information recorded in the Asset system can be physically confronted. This functionality allows the responsible to define the storage place to be inventoried, as well as to define specific asset types for this activity.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new inventory. See more details about this operation in the Creating an inventory section.

Click on this button to edit the inventory selected in the list of records. It will only be available if the status of the inventory is not "Execution approval", "Closed" or "Cancelled".

Click on this button to delete the inventory selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the inventory selected in the list of records in read-only mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to add a new inventory from the copy of an already created inventory. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The created inventory will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".

Click on this button to send the inventory to the next step. If the inventory is in the "Planning" step, by clicking on this button, it will be sent to the "To be started" step. If the inventory is in the "Execution" step and every asset has been inventoried, by clicking on this button, it will go to the "Execution approval" step, when approval is configured, or to the "Closed" step, if there is no approval.
