Task:

Verification programming

Who receives it:

Users of the team responsible for the asset verification plan defined in the verification plan data screen.

When:

The verification programming has been created but has not been sent to the next step.

Purpose:

To program the verification of assets.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.Select the desired verification from the list of pending records. If the "Allow listing all scheduled activities of the plan in the activity scheduling task menu" option is checked in the general parameters, the list of records will display all planned activities of the plan, regardless of their sequence or quantity. Otherwise, the oldest activity will be displayed according to its execution sequence.

 

2.Click on the button to edit the verification data. See the Programming verifications section for details of how to enter the programming information.

 

3.After completing all information of the verification programming, click on the Execute button, located on the verification data screen, to send the verification to the next step. At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the record to the next step:

If it is not confirmed, the record will remain pending and this action may also be executed by clicking on the button on the toolbar.

If confirmed, the record may move on to one of the following steps:

ºProgramming approval: The record will move on to this task if the standard activity associated with the verification plan is configured with the planning approval step.

ºVerification execution: The record will move on to this step if the activity associated with the verification plan is not configured with the approval step. After approving the programming, the record also moves on to this step.
