Creating a verification activity (programming)

See how to program verifications in the system:

1.In the list of records on the second quadrant, select the desired verification plan.

2.Click on the button on the toolbar of the third quadrant. If the selected plan has scheduled verification activities, the system will ask if the user wishes to edit the verification activity data so that it is possible to change the verification schedule.

4.In the General data General data section, fill in the following fields:

ID #: This field displays the verification activity ID #. This field will be automatically filled by the system if the resource has been configured in the standard activity of the verification plan. This field may be disabled if the identification mask resource is configured to not allow the ID # to be edited.

Planning: Use this field to enter the verification activity planning data:

▪Start: Enter the start date and time of the verification programming. This field is filled with the current date and time, but it is possible to change them.

▪End: Enter the end date and time of the verification programming. The Duration field will be automatically calculated by the system.

▪Responsible team: This field will be automatically filled by the system with the team defined for the programming of the activity.

Execution: Execution fields can only be filled in when the activity is found in the "Execution" step. However, it will be possible to edit the Responsible team for the execution of the verification. To define a specific performer, enable this option by clicking on the button next to the Executor field, and then select the user who will perform the verification.

5.Once all required fields are completed, the verification activity data can be saved for the first time. To do that, click on the Save button to save the data.
