Verification programming

Use this menu to program the execution of verification activities of the asset. It is possible to program when the activity defined in the verification plan will be executed. The main screen is divided into three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the plans and their verification activities more easily. The second quadrant displays the verification plans created in the system, while the third quadrant displays the programmed activities of the plan selected in the second quadrant.

	▪Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the verification plan selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the activity selected in the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired activity blank form and activity form reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new verification programming. See more details about this operation in the Creating verification activity section.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the verification programming selected in the list of records. See further details on this operation in the Editing verification activity data section.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the verification programming selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the verification list through the Gantt chart.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to enable/disable the programmed verification activity selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of an activity section.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new programming from the copy of a previously created verification. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. After confirming the request made by the system, the created programming will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the record to the previous step.
