SE Asset allows cancelling activities that no longer fit the plan, as well as reactivating them, if necessary.
To do that, first, locate and select the desired plan from the list of records in the second quadrant.
Once done, on the third quadrant list of records, select the desired activity and click on the
On the screen that will be opened, enter an explanation to cancel or reactivate the activity and save the record.
If the activity was: ▪Cancelled: It will be displayed with this status in the list of records. To locate cancelled activities more easily, use the Status field of the Execution activity filter in the search panel. ▪Reactivated: It will be displayed with the status prior to its cancellation. |
