Task:

Issue downtime record

Who receives it:

Users of the team responsible for the asset.

When:

A downtime record is created without defining the end date.

Purpose:

To track the assets whose usage has been interrupted in the system.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.Select the desired asset from the list of pending records.

 

2.After that, click on the toolbar button.

3.On the screen that will be opened, enter the end date and time of the asset interruption to close the downtime record. See the description of the other displayed fields in the Creating an asset downtime record section.

 

 

4.Save the record. If the approval step has been configured, the Downtime record approval task will be generated for the respective responsible parties.
