Associating a storage place with the asset

To associate a condition with an asset, locate and select the desired asset in the list of records of the second quadrant. After that, click on the button on the side toolbar of the third quadrant.

To edit an association, select the desired asset in the second quadrant list of records and the desired condition in the third quadrant list of records. Once done, click on the button on the side toolbar.

On the association screen that will be displayed, the following fields are available:

Asset: Displays the data of the asset selected in the second quadrant.

Date: Displays the date in which the condition is being associated, and it is possible to edit it.

Time: Displays the time in which the condition is being associated, and it is possible to edit it.

User: Check this option to indicate that the asset is with an SE Suite user.

Location: Check this option to indicate that the asset is in a physical location. In that case, select the desired location.

Geographic coordinates: Check this field to enter the geographic coordinates of the asset location.

Comments: Use this field to record important information about the asset condition.

After filling out the necessary fields, save the record.
