Overview:

The place corresponds to the physical space where the assets will be stored. In the system, the storage places are entered during an asset event (check-out for usage and check-out for maintenance). For better organization, the records will be displayed hierarchically.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to create a new storage place. See further details about this operation in the Creating a storage place.

Click on this button to edit the storage place selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the storage place selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the storage place selected in the list of records in "Read-only" mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report or to view the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
