By clicking on the arrow below the Event option on the toolbar of the indicator details data screen, the following options will be available:
In order for this feature to function correctly, it is necessary that the SE Action component is part of the solutions acquired by the organization. The functionality of the displayed panel will vary according to the tab selected in the lower part of the details screen:
▪Interval information: The occurrences related to the indicator will be listed. Select the desired occurrence and click on the button on the side toolbar to view its data. ▪Information of the period: It will be possible to add and associate occurrences related to the indicator and view the existing ones. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate an already identified occurrence and use it as the indicator event. Use the search fields of the displayed tabs in the selection screen, to locate the desired occurrence easily.

Click on this button to disassociate the occurrence selected in the list of records from the indicator.
|
|
Click on this button to view the data screen of the occurrence selected from the list of records.
|
Adding or associating occurrences will not be available for the "Period data" option in the general data screen of the indicator.

▪Interval information: The incidents related to the indicator will be listed. Select the desired incident and click on the button on the side toolbar to view its data. ▪Information of the period: It will be possible to start and associate incidents related to the indicator and view the existing ones. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to record an incident and associate it with the indicator. On the screen that will open, select the type that will classify the incident you wish to create. The Title and Description fields will be enabled to be filled according to the configurations made in the process. Save the record. If the starter is also the executor of the first activity of the flow, the activity data screen will be displayed.

Click on this button to associate an incident previously created in the system with the indicator. On the screen that will be opened, locate and select the desired incident record and save the selection.

Click on this button to disassociate the incident record selected in the list of records from the indicator.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the incident selected from the list of records.
