To import watermark items from another status, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Configuration
2.Select the desired configuration in the list of pending records and click on
3.On the left panel of the General tab, select the status of the document to which you wish to apply the watermark items.
4.Click on the
5.On the screen that will be opened, select the status of the document from which you wish to copy the watermark items in the From field. The To field will be filled out with the document status selected previously.
6.Save your selection. At this point, the listing will display the watermark items imported from the other status. |
