Before viewing the statuses listed below, make sure all steps and parameterizations described in the Watermark in electronic files section have been performed.

 

If the watermark application has been performed in files under revision via workflow, make sure the steps and parameterizations described in the Watermark in electronic files under revision via workflow have also been performed.

 

When printing the electronic file with watermark, it will be exported to an .ini file with the same name as the file being printed.

Watermark does not appear or appears cropped over images in Word/Excel

The watermark is added behind objects in Word and Excel files; when an image or any other object (text box, cell) has a background color (even if it is white), the watermark will appear cropped.

▪Change the background color of the objects from white to transparent.

▪Use conversion to PDF as, in PDF files, the watermark is added on top of the objects.

Watermark displayed with the wrong orientation in Word

The section that has the page in landscape mode has the header linked to the previous section, in which the page is in portrait mode, or vice-versa.

Change the header so that it is not linked to the previous section where the page orientation changes.
