Translation configuration

SE Document allows configuring, in each category, whether its documents will have translation control.

 

If the category does not need this feature, by disabling it, the document data screens will not display the fields related to language, translation, and translation relationship.

 

See below how to enable/disable the translation control:

 

1.Access the Configuration Document Category menu.

 

2.Select the desired category and click on .

 

3.After opening the category data screen, access the Control tab and enable/disable the Translation section.

 

4.By enabling this section, the following fields will be available:

Language: Select the default language for the documents created in this category.

Allow adding translation document relationships

Enabled: Allows associating the documents.

Disabled: The translation document relationship feature will not be available in the "Relationships" section of the document data screen.

 

5.Save the changes.
