Request tracking

The request tracking starts after performing its issue and ends when it is closed. From this menu, it is possible to verify if the request is being met within the expectations, if the deadlines are being fulfilled, if it has been canceled, etc. By default, the list of records will display the requests issued by the logged user. User), the requests issued by the department, position or user in question will also be displayed in the list of records.

	Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the request data or the data of the object of the request selected in the list of records. In order to successfully perform this operation, it is necessary to have the "View" control allowed in the security of the request.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired request reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports. In order to successfully perform this operation, it is necessary to have the "Print" control allowed in the security of the request.
	Click on this button to change the status of the request selected in the list of records. In order to successfully perform this operation, it is necessary for the status of the selected request to be "To be executed" and for the "Cancel" control to be allowed in its security. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).
