Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to manage and track, among other operations, the workflows with which the logged user is involved.

 

It is important to note that the logged users will only have access to the workflows in which they are the process manager or instance manager. The workflows in which the logged-on user has permission to view, edit, delete, cancel, suspend, or reactivate the instance on the process safety list will also be listed.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to edit the data of the workflow selected in the list of records. See further details in the Editing the workflow data section.

Click on this button to delete the workflow selected in the list of records.

It is important to point out that, in order to perform this operation, it is necessary to have Delete control enabled in the workflow security list. Remember the workflow will be deleted from SE Workflow, but its template will remain in SE Process.

Click on this button to view the workflow data selected in the list of records, in "Read-only" mode.

Click on this button to access the flowchart of the workflow selected in the list of records. See further details on this operation in the Operations with the workflow flowchart section.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of this button to select desired view to build the cube: workflow, activities or history.

Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the data and workflows list reports and the other possible options of reports available for the menu.

Click on this button to edit the workflow status selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to unblock a workflow that is blocked for edition of the flowchart. Make sure the workflow has no modeling errors before clicking on the button. After the workflow has been unblocked, it returns to its activities execution.

Click on this button to edit the layout of main screen for three quadrants. When this option is selected, the details of selected workflow in the list of records are displayed in one of the quadrants.

Click on this button to edit the layout of main screen for two quadrants.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. Use the "View Workflow" menu for a detailed description of the search filters.

Workflow management can also be performed through the "Tracking Management" task.
