Overview:

Use this menu to create all the financial tables that may be used to evaluate the feasibility of the initiatives created in the system.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to create a new financial table. See further details about this operation in the Creating a financial table section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the financial table selected in the list of records.

delete

Click on this button to delete the financial table selected in the list of records.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

copy

Click on this button to copy the data of the financial table selected from the list of records. It will be necessary, however, to enter an ID # and a name for the financial table being copied. See the Creating financial tables section for further details about the financial table data screen, to carry out the necessary editions.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.

Remember that the association of the financial table to the initiative is performed through the Configuration arrowrgrayy Initiative arrowrgrayy Initiative type section.
