Task:

Initiative approval

Who receives it:

Members of the approval route associated with the initiative.

When:

Just as the initiative evaluation is finished.

Purpose:

Allow the approval or rejection of the initiative implementation based on the data provided in its evaluation.

 

How to execute this task:

In the list of pending records, select the initiative that will go through approval.

After that, click on the default button on the toolbar.

At this point, the system will display the data screen of the initiative approval. See the Approving an initiative section for a detailed description of how to fill in the fields on this screen.

After filling in the necessary fields, save the record.

 

5.

If the initiative is rejected, it will be sent once more to evaluation so that the due responsible parties perform this step again. See further details about this operation in the Initiative evaluation section.

 

6.

If the initiative is approved, it will be released, enabling the user to add a project (SE Project) from it, through the Initiative execution task, that will be generated by the system for the due responsible parties. From this point, the initiative may go through revisions. Refer to the Adding initiative revisions section for further details about how to perform this operation.
