Use this tab to associate and track objects from other SE Suite components related to the occurrence. Note that the displayed subtabs will vary according to the definitions performed in the Association tab of the classification of the occurrence being identified:
Use this tab to associate other occurrences that are related to the occurrence in question. It is divided in two lists of records. On the toolbar of the first list of records, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate occurrences with the occurrence in question. On the screen that will open, locate and select the desired occurrences. Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. Refer to the View Occurrence section for a detailed description of the search filters.

Click on this button to edit/fill out the relationship data of the occurrence selected in the list of records. The relationship data will only be displayed if it is thus defined in the classification of the occurrence being identified.

Click on this button to disassociate the occurrence selected in the list of records from the occurrence in question.

Click on this button to view the data of the relationship between the occurrence selected in the list of records and the occurrence in question. The relationship data will only be displayed if it is thus defined in the classification of the occurrence being identified.

Associated with occurrences
This list of records displays the occurrences with which the occurrence in question has been associated. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to view the data of the relationship and of the selected occurrence.

Use this tab to associate documents from SE Document related to the occurrence. To do that, it is necessary for the SE Document component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
It is divided in two lists of records: On the toolbar of the first list of records, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate a document with the occurrence in question. On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the desired document. Select as many documents as necessary. To select more than one document at a time, use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on the keyboard, or the checkbox next to each record.

Click on this button to disassociate the document selected in the list of records from the occurrence.
|
|
Click on this button to view the electronic file of the document selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to view the data screen of the document selected from the list of records.
|
Revision request
This displays the revision requests of the document selected in the first list. Use the button on the side toolbar to view the data screen of the document selected in the list of records.
The documents that will be displayed on the selection screen, as well as the availability of viewing their data, may vary according to the permissions granted in the category and document security lists in the SE Document component. See the component specific documentation for further details about the category security and its documents.

Use this tab to associate nonconforming processes and activities with the occurrence. In order for this feature to function properly, it is necessary for the SE Process component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate a process/activity with the occurrence. On the screen that will be displayed, check the desired options:
▪Process: Select the process you wish to associate with the occurrence in question. ▪Activity: Select the activity you wish to associate with the occurrence in question. If the Process field is filled in, only those activities that belong to the selected process will be available for selection. |

Use the search filters to locate the desired record more easily. To select more than one item simultaneously, use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on the keyboard or the checkbox next to each record.

This tab will only be displayed if an occurrence is associated during the audit criterion requirement evaluation in the SE Audit component Audit execution. With that, in the list of records in that tab, the system will display the audits with which the occurrence in question has been associated. Select the desired audit and click on the button to view its data. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Audit component for further details about audits and their execution.

This tab will only be displayed if an occurrence is associated when executing a process activity in the SE Workflow component. With that, in the list of records in that tab, the system will display the workflows with which the occurrence in question has been associated. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

This tab will only be displayed if, in SE Performance Scorecard execution, the indicator data screen is accessed and an occurrence is associated with it through the Event option. With that, in the list of records in that tab, the system will display the indicators with which the occurrence in question has been associated. Select the desired indicator and click on the button to view its data. See the SE Performance component specific documentation for further details about Scorecards and indicators.
