Overview:
Register through this menu all media where the company usually saves documents. For better organization purposes, it is possible to associate them with the media repositories registered in the system.

Click on this button to create new media. For further information on this operation, see the Creating media section.

Click on this button to edit the media selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to delete the media selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search fields panel.

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
