Prerequisites:

Protocol processing finished

 

Overview:

When finishing the protocol processing of a specific type, the users who are involved in the process (dispatch, receiving confirmation etc.) or who are involved in the Acknowledgment control enabled in the security of the protocol, will be able, through this menu, to confirm its closure acknowledgment. It is important to point out that the closure acknowledgment will not be displayed in the list of records for the user who executed the processing closure of the selected protocol.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to confirm the processing closure acknowledgment of the protocol selected in the list of records. See how to perform this operation in the Closure acknowledgment section.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the protocol selected in the list of records. Note that, to successfully perform this operation, it is necessary to have the "View" control allowed in the security of the protocol.

Click on this button to track through a flowchart, the steps by which the protocol selected in the list of records has gone through, including the users who performed the operation and when the operation was performed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the third quadrant will display the details about the protocol selected in the list of records in the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

 

Use the Search filters to easily find the desired records based on specific information. See the View menu Protocol to get a detailed description of the filters.
