To configure new indexes in the system, in the main screen toolbar, click on the button.
Fill out the following fields on the data screen that will open:

Enter a number or code to identify the index.

Enter a name for the index.

Evaluation mode
|
Select the index evaluation mode.
▪By supplier: If this option is checked, the evaluation of this index will be performed for the supplier, independently of its items or supplies. ▪By inspection form: If this option is checked, the evaluation of this index will be performed for each item or supply from a particular supplier. |
Frequency
|
Select how often the index evaluations will be performed:
▪Interval: If this option is checked, the index will have an evaluation periodically performed. For example: an index evaluation to-do task will be generated every 3 months. Periodic index evaluation is done through the Management Quality index evaluation or through the Index evaluation task. Configure, in the Early task alert field, how many days before the task expires the system will start notifying. ▪Flow step: If this option is checked, it is necessary to define the step in which the index will be evaluated: identification, qualification or inspection. |
Manual score
|
If this option is checked, the system will request the user to manually enter a score for the evaluation of the index.

Evaluation checklist
|
If this option is checked, the evaluation of this index will be given through an evaluation checklist. In that way, the score (value) of each answer entered to the checklist questions will set the score of the evaluation.

Calculation type
|
Select, in this field, which will be the calculation used to generate the supplier quality index value.
