Localization: View Revalidation
Prerequisites:
▪Processes with validity control
Overview:
By means of this menu, it is possible to view the revalidation made in the processes created in the system (that have this control configured), independent of the stage of execution in which they are.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button to select one of the following options:
▪View flowchart: Select this option to view the flowchart of the selected process. ▪View process data: Select this option to view the data screen of the selected process. |

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the search fields described below, to retrieve the desired record(s) through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

ID #: Enter the number/code of the process being viewed.
Name: Enter the name of the process being viewed.
Status: Enter the status of the process being viewed.
Responsible: Enter the user defined as responsible for the process being viewed.
Process/Activity: Select the activity/process that makes up the process being viewed. Upon clicking on the button a screen will be displayed, where the user must enter the object type to be used in this field: Process, Activity or Decision. After selecting the type, fill out the other fields, find and select the desired object. Save the selection and, at this moment the object will be displayed in this field.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
