Process localization |
This feature allows translating the name and the description of the process, as well as the name and the description of the activities and other flowchart elements. When the process is translated, it will be displayed according to the language in the session of the logged user. Localization is applied to the search grids, flowcharts, input & output diagrams, turtle diagrams, process trees and the Workflow, Incident and Problem instances.
To perform the translation, access the process data or flowchart in edit mode (under revision or enabled for editing). Then, click on the "Localization" button located on the toolbar of the process and flowchart data screens.
On the screen that will be opened, enable the languages in which the process will be translated. To do that, access the desired language and check the "Enable language" option. The icon will be displayed next to each language enabled in the "Languages" panel. Then, translate the elements of the following sections:
ProcessEnter the name and the description of the process in the respective language.
ItemsEnter the translation of the activities, decisions and events in the process flowchart. The "Name" column will display the original name of each item, whereas the "Translation" column must be used to enter the translation of each item in the respective language.

The "Default executor type" column will display the executor assigned to the lane, the "Name" column will display the original name of each lane, whereas the "Translation" column must be used to enter the translation of each lane in the respective language.
