Task:

Input measurement

Who receives it:

Users with the Measurement control allowed in the security of the indicator.

When:

The next measurement is reached. This task will only be generated if:

The "Generate target/measurement task?" option is checked when adding the indicator to the scorecard structure.

The values are not added through other menus (scorecard structure, execution etc.).

Purpose:

To allow those that are responsible to enter the measurements of the indicator.

 

How to execute this task:

In the pending list of records, locate and select the desired indicator.

1_auxnmbTo add measurement values without accessing the scorecard structure, click on the new_meeting_request button on the toolbar.

At this point, the value input screen will be displayed. The way to add values will vary according to the indicator configurations:

 

 

The fields of the columns may not be available if a formula has been configured for its completion.

After entering the desired values, click on the Save option at the top of the screen. After entering the measurements for the indicator periods until the current period, the indicator will no longer be shown in the list of pending records.

 

According to the permissions of the user who is adding the measurement, other enabled columns that were not mentioned in this section may be displayed. To view the description of all columns that may be displayed in this screen, see the Management arrowrgrayy Target/Measurement section.

If the cumulative measurement is configured when creating the indicator to be calculated by means of sum or average, at this time, this calculation will be performed.

The measurements of indicators with configured approval will be available for the responsible parties to perform this operation. See further details on the Measurement approval section.
