The Structure vision displays the tools to manipulate the elements and indicators that compose the scorecard, divided in the following sections:
Filter

Display inactive
|
Click on this button so that all inactive elements and indicators are also displayed in the scorecard structure.

Record data
|
General data
|
Click on this button to view the details of the scorecard/element/indicator selected in the structure. Note that, if the selected item does not have values added, the screen will not open. See more details in the General data section.

Summary
|
Click on this button to view the information of the period, of the accumulation and 2nd Accumulation of the indicator and element selected in the structure, in a summarized way. This information is displayed in the History panel.

Target/Measurement
|
Click on this button to access the target value and measurement screen. Note that this button will only be enabled if an indicator is selected in the structure. See more details in the Target/Measurement section.

Browse

Date
|
Click on the arrow located below this button and select the date that corresponds to the period you wish to view.

View
|
Data
|
Click on this button to edit the data of the scorecard, element or indicator selected in the structure.

View profile
|
Click on this button to access the data of the view profile associated with the scorecard, element or indicator selected in the structure.

Tools

Expand
|
Click on this button to expand the entire scorecard structure.

Collapse
|
Click on this button to collapse the entire scorecard structure.

The availability of the buttons described above will depend on the permissions granted in the security of the scorecard.
