Menu panel

This panel is placed on the upper part of SE Suite screen and contains the following menus:

 

 

Home: SE Suite main screen will load when the user uses this menu. See the Configuring Home section for details on how to change the home page of SE Suite.

 

Portals: When the user uses the arrow next to this menu, all portals that the logged user has access to, will be displayed. The following options are available in this menu:

Following: By means of this menu the user can see all the portals that they are following.

All portals: By means of this menu, the user can see all the portals they have access to.

+ Create: By means of this menu the user can create a new portal. View the Portals section for further details on portal creation and configuration.

 

My tasks: When the user clicks on the arrow next to this menu, all tasks of the logged user will be displayed. Tasks are divided into two types:

Execution: Represents all the tasks that should be executed by the user until a specific deadline.

Tracking: Represents all the tasks which the user is responsible for, but they will be executed by another user.

 

Components: When the user uses the arrow next to this menu, all components of the organization that the logged user has access to, will be displayed. After clicking on the icon on some component, the menu displayed will be updated with the subject component menus. For further information go to the Components menu section.

 

Shortcuts: When the user clicks on the arrow next to this menu, the following options will be displayed:

Saved searches: When the user clicks on this menu, the searches saved by the user will be displayed. Saved searches will be classified by components.

Favorites: When the user clicks on this menu, the records that the user defined as favorite will be displayed. Favorite records will be classified by components.

Last accessed: When the user clicks on this menu, the records that were last accessed will be displayed. Such records can be portals, tasks, component menus, among others.

Most accessed: When the user clicks on this menu, the records that were most accessed will be displayed. Such records can be portals, tasks, component menus, among others.
