SE Suite has a full-text search field that allows to search all system records, regardless of the component. To display the full-text search field, click within the field or on the button placed on the upper right corner of SE Suite screen. At this point, the field will be displayed:

On the left side of the field, it is possible to select a filter for the search you wish to perform. Enter your view token. While typing, the components will be listed below the field. Select one for the search to focus on a specific component. If no components are selected, click ENTER and the search will be performed in all components, because this option will be enabled by default:

When searching for a document (SE Document) whose title is translated to the language of the user, the document will be displayed in the listing with the translated title.

On the panel on the left side of the screen, the filters will be divided as follows:

Components: Lists the components in which records related to your search have been found. Thus, it is possible to view the results separately by component.

Quick access: Allows accessing results among the favorite records or those created in the last ten days.

Last update: Allows accessing results through their creation periods. To do that, simply use the options and fields available.

When hovering the mouse over the search results, the "More options" button will be displayed. It has the main operations that can be performed in the record. For example, in SE Process, the options of viewing the flowchart and process data will be displayed; in SE Asset the options will be of viewing asset data or asset revision; in SE Document there is the option of viewing document data and the option of other available actions, such as viewing electronic files, viewing revision data and downloading electronic files.

In each SE Suite component, the Search filter panel has advanced search filters and a quick search field. Note that this field is different from Full text search. See further information on the search filter panel in the Views section.
