Chatbot

Chatbot is a Take Blip tool. This chat receives logged user information and allows them to interact with several SE Suite components.

 

To use this resource within SE Suite, it is first necessary to contact Take Blip to hire the tool.

 

After it is hired, Take Blip will be responsible for the initial chatbot configurations.

 

After that, it will only be necessary to integrate chatbot with SE Suite. To do that, simply follow these steps:

 

1.Access the Portal on Take Blip, which will be available after logging in.

 

 

2.Click on the Channels tab and on the Blip Chat option.

 

 

3.On the screen that will be opened, click on the Installation section.

 

4.Then, copy the script made available to perform the integration with SE Suite.

 

 

5.In SE Suite, access the System (CM006) menu of the SE Configuration component.

 

6.Click on the Chatbot section and enable the Enable option. The Template field will already be filled out with Take Blip.

 

7.In the Script field, paste the script copied from the Take Blip portal.

 

8.Then, save. The chatbot is ready to be used.
