Portal permissions

Previous  Top  Next

In order to create, edit, copy, share and access the portal audit trail, it is necessary to have the respective permissions configured in the user access group (CM011), as well as the permissions in portal share configuration.

To define the necessary permissions for the access group you are a part of, request it to the system administrator (if you do not have access to the access group configuration menu). The access group permissions allow the users to define and edit the home portals, create, edit, copy and shar portals, and access the audit trail.
