Attributes in the action plan template

The completion of attributes in the action plan template has been made available. Thus, each template will have its attributes inherited from the category and it will be possible to edit them individually. When creating an action plan from the template, the action plan attributes will be inherited directly from it. The attributes are also available in the same way for the template actions.

 

 

Comments in the actions and plans

From version 2.1.2 onwards, it will be possible to add comments to the plan action, isolated action and action plan. The comments will be available in the history of these records. By default, the screen will be loaded displaying only comments in the history, but it will be possible to view the full history by changing the filter.

The comments may also be exported through the actions and plans reports.

The old comments will be automatically migrated to the new action history to unify history and comment events.

 

 

Rejection column in action execution

A column has been added to the action listing in the action execution menu (PL009) to inform if the pending action has already had its verification rejected at least once.
