From this version onwards, it is possible to send surveys to customers for evaluation.
When enabling the evaluation via survey in the customer category, when the determined period arrives, the system will send them a survey. Based on the score of the survey answered by the customer, the system will assign a quality level.
Aiming to facilitate the search for customer contacts, from this version onwards, a specific menu to view customer contacts is available.
With this feature, it is possible to search for specific contact information, such as their e-mail address.
