New integration with SoftExpert Project

From this version onwards, it will be possible to automatically edit the instance status by editing the project status, as well as to configure the automatic execution of activities when closing projects.

 

Automatic activity execution

From this version onwards, new integrations to automatically execute activities have been made available in the component. In addition to those that already exist, such as Blocking associations, Action plan, and Maintenance, the user now has the Project and Kanban components available. In these cases, when the user finishes a project or a Kanban task, it is possible for the instance activity to be automatically executed, allowing the flow to go on without user intervention.

 

Action plan configurations

From this version onwards, the configurations related to action plans and isolated actions have been centered in the "Execution" section of the activity data screen.

 

Starter change in e-mail import

In this version, a new configuration has been added to the e-mail import, allowing the instance starter to be the sender of the imported message, if there is a registered user with the same e-mail address as the sender.
