From version 2.1.5 onwards, it is possible to choose an image to represent the knowledge base.

 

 

External article sharing

From this version onwards, it is possible to generate a link to share the article and make it public, to be accessed without the need to be logged into SoftExpert Suite.

 

 

Article viewing widget

It is now possible to display the content of an article in portals.

 

New associations with articles

From version 2.1.5 onwards, it is possible to associate articles also with the forum, Kanban, project, and project task.

 

REST webservices

New default REST webservices have been made available to view articles.
