New process access control security
From this version onwards, aiming to have better performance and reuse of the access controls, the process security works with access profiles.
It is now possible to create and manage profiles through a new menu. Profiles can be created as needed, such as Process manager, with the adding, editing, and deleting controls.
With the profile in the process type data, simply select it and enter the users, departments, and teams that will have access, allowing for greater visibility, management, and reuse of the access controls.
Activity/Decision security
For a simplified and objective management, the activity and decision now respect the security of the process of which they are part.
Thus, if the user has permission to edit in the process, they will also be able to edit the activities.
Image processing from a document
It is now possible to configure image processing to use a SoftExpert Document document in system activities.
Up until now, it was only possible to use attachments.
Importing upper level process type
From this version onwards, when exporting the process, the system fetches all upper level process types until the root.
By importing, the system created the type hierarchy from the root to the process.
If it is now possible to respect the hierarchy due to a type that already exists in another classification, the process type will be created in the root, ignoring the upper levels.
The types are created with ID # and name only. Revision data, security and other configurations will not be exported.
Exporting workflow identification masks
Now, the identification mask of the instances configured in the process data is exported.
In the import, if the mask already exists, it is reused. Otherwise, it is created in the import.
The mask attributes are not exported. Thus, the user must ensure they are already registered in the environment in which the import will be performed.
