Answers related to customers and suppliers (Integration with SoftExpert Customer and SoftExpert Supplier)
From this version onwards, it will be possible to send and identify survey responses related to customers and suppliers in surveys. This improvement is part of an integration with the SoftExpert Customer and SoftExpert Supplier components, aiming to facilitate the management of surveys related to customer and supplier satisfaction and maintenance in organizations.
To do that, the "Customer" and "Supplier" options have been added to the survey respondent selection. By selecting one of these options, it will be possible to choose between contacts or external users related to the company to receive and answer the survey. Later on, this answer will be linked not only to the respondent, but also to the customer or supplier, according to the indication in the listings.
Moreover, it will be possible to analyze and stratify answers per customer and supplier, through the "Company" column in SoftExpert Analytics.
