SoftExpert BPM Suite - Process Modeling |
SoftExpert BPM - Process Modeling is available in SE Suite, through SE Process. In some menus, it will be displayed only for view. However, in others the responsible user can edit it.
SoftExpert BPM Suite - Process Modeling is a tool from the SE Process component that allows modeling the processes recorded in the system.
To open a process flowchart, select the process to be modeled and then click on the button. This button is available on several system screens, but to open the flowchart in edit mode, certify the type of revision control defined in the process type, because it will be required to enable editing or create a revision. ▪File Process: By clicking on the button on this menu, when the process has Simplified revision control, it is possible to enable editing of the process. To do that, click on the Enable editing button, which is displayed in the flowchart and in the process data. If the process has ISO900 or Workflow revision control, then the flowchart will be displayed only in view mode. ▪Task Process revision: The flowchart of processes that have the ISO9000 or Workflow revision control can be edited through this menu only when the process is under revision. In the "revision draft" step, in the case of revision of the ISO9000 type, when clicking on the button, it is possible to open the flowchart in edit mode when the process type has revision control. Notice that to perform the modeling the user needs the permission "Edit process model" configured in the process and be the drafter. If the process is being revised by a Workflow, to be able to edit the process modeling, a status associated with the activity must be configured with the "Edit process" control.
At this point, the screen of BPM Suite modeler will be displayed. If the type of the process in question has the simplified revision control, click on the Enable editing button, to make changes to process modeling. Editing can also be enabled through the process data screen.
