Overview:
It is possible through this menu to perform quick and efficient searches of processes registered in the system. Use the search fields, located on the left-side of the main screen, to find the desired records through the specific information.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button to select one of the following options:
▪View flowchart: Select this option to view the flowchart of the selected process. ▪View process data: Select this option to view the data screen of the selected process. |

When clicked, it loads the SE Analytics so that the result obtained from the search may be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow placed next to this button to verify the available report options for the selected menu. This button also allows to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file to configure a new report, associate any existing report or even view the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to view revision data screen of the process selected on the main screen, if there is any.

|
Click on this button to view the Input & output diagram of the selected process.
|
|
Click on this button to view the RACI matrix of the activities of the selected process.
|
|
Click on this button to view the configuration screen for the executors' diagram. The user selects in this screen the executors to display in the diagram. The diagram must display an executor (functional role) and then the activities of this role, and the processes of each activity.

When triggered, it allows making the comparison between revisions of the selected process.
|
|
Click on this button to view the turtle diagram of the selected process.
|
|
Click on this button to open the selected process tree.
|
|
When clicked, it opens the risk plan that uses the selected process as the scope.
|

Click on the arrow placed on the right-side of the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the details of the selected process will be presented.

Click on the arrow placed on the right-side of the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

Use the search fields described below, to retrieve the desired record(s) through specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

ID #: Enter the number/code of the process being viewed.
Name: Enter the name of the process being viewed.
Status: Enter the status of the process being viewed.
Record user: Enter the name of user who created the process being viewed.
Process/Activity: Select the activity/process that makes up the process being viewed. Upon clicking on the button a screen will be displayed, where the user must enter the object type to be used in this field: Process, Activity or Decision. After selecting the type, fill out the other fields, find and select the desired object. Save the selection and, at this moment the object will be displayed in this field.
Revision: Enter the revision number of the process being viewed.
Duration: Enter the date range that covers the process duration being viewed.

Select in this section, the Executor type of the process you wish to view. The following types are available for selection: department, third-party entity, functional role, department/position or specific user. Remember that according to the selected option, the respective search filter will be displayed by the system to fill in the desired information.
Department: Enter the department of the executor of the process being searched for.
Third-party entity: Enter the executor third-party entity of the process being searched for.
Functional role: Enter the executor functional role of the process being viewed.
Department: Enter the department/position of the executor of the process being searched for.
Specific user: Enter the process specific user.

Input: Use this filter to find a process through information or materials required to run the process that is being viewed:
▪Information: Select the input information. ▪Material: Select the input material. Output: Use this search field to locate material and information produced during the process:
▪Information: Select output information. ▪Material: Select output material. Resource: Select the resource used to execute the process being viewed.
Cost: Select the process execution cost.
Group to be notified: Select the responsible team for the process revision acknowledgment.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
