Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to map the applicability and implementation of the requirements in the departments of the business units of the organization, so that it meets the standards and regulations established for your business.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new requirement mapping. For further details about this operation, see the Creating a requirement mapping section.

Click on this button to edit the requirement mapping selected in the list of records. See more details in the Editing a mapping section.

Click on this button to delete the requirement mapping selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the structure of the selected requirement mapping in the list of records. The structure of the requirement mapping will only be available for editing when the mapping has a revision in the "Draft" step.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to perform imports through a wizard. On the screen that will be opened, select the option that corresponds to the desired import:

Requirement mapping

Map by business unit

Map by department

Click on this button to cancel or reactivate the selected record on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. See in the View Requirement menu a detailed description of the filters.
